TMI’s YES center readies 5000+ job seekers in 6 months
Plans to make 1 Lakh persons employable in the next 12 months and identify RIGHT jobs

Hyderabad/New delhi, 24 August 2013: YES (Youth Employability Service), the retail arm of TMI e2E Academy, an NSDC funded company that extends its support to the Hyderabad youth by identifying appropriate employment opportunities has rendered counseling and coaching in the entry level jobs to more than 5000 young graduates in the last 6 months and helped them identify the best suited job for them.

TMIe2E Academy currently has 4 “YES” centers at locations like Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore and Kolkata. Due to its outstanding success in these cities, YES would soon have a pan India existence over the next couple of years.  The first YES center of TMIe2E Academy was set up in Secunderabad (near pass port Office) six months ago and is a huge attraction for graduates and under graduates seeking job counseling, coaching &training.

YES offers four services, firstly - a full-fledged information and facilitation center for all kinds of jobs for graduate/non graduates with 0 to 2 years of work experience.  Secondly, the candidate can take a Job Personality Fitment Test (JPFit Test) and Aptitude Test to find out what kind of jobs will suit his/her personality and aptitude level. Thirdly, the candidate can seek a one-on-one job counseling session with the counselors to understand the various types of job roles available for him/her. Additionally over the time YES center will provide focused training programs and lectures from industry experts to mentor and coach candidates to choose the RIGHT jobs.

Speaking on the service provided by YES, T Muralidharan, Chairman, TMI Group said, “We at YES are providing these young aspirants the right path by counseling, coaching and training them under one roof. Similar centers have been set up by TMIe2E at Pune, Kolkata, and Bengaluru. Over the last 6 months, YES centers have served more than 5000 students. In the next twelve months, the seven YES centers including three set up in Kerala will serve over 1 lakh youth, conservatively. YES centers will be set up at every state capital across India, in the next two years “.
