New Delhi/Noida, 31 October 2013: Getting
an entry level job is dream for everyone however lack of awareness and skills
keep many job seekers away from it. On the other hand despite of having the
large pool of entry level aspirants most of the corporates failed identify and
retain the right talent. Hyderabad
based TMI Group is aiming to overcome this deadlock by bringing employers and
perspective job seekers under one roof called as YES (Youth Employability
Services) Center.
Company has recently opened its 8th YES
Center in sector 18 of Noida and
aiming for pan India
operations over next couple of years. Speaking to this occasion TMI’s Chairmen Mr. Muralidharanmentioned
“YES center adopts unique approach of assessment, counseling and training to
the job seekers to help them identify and prepare for jobs. Till date we have
helped more than 5000 students through our centers across India and planning to reach one lakh students
every year with our pan India
operations”
The center doesn’t want to restrict
itself to Job Melas. It is planning to develop these centers as activity
centers for youth where they can seek help of experts counselors, attend
trainings and sessions by industry center. “There are host of challenges on both
candidates and employers side which results into mismatch. YES Centers are
aimed to resolve this problem with this collaborative approach” added Mr. Humbe.
